Recently it was brought to our attention that some members have been contacted by a recorded message via their cell phone regarding a “compromise” of security in relation to their debit card. The recording instructs the account holder to call a toll free number and contact the security department. Do not respond to this automated message. It is not the practice of AMCCU to automate any phone calls to our membership.
