Simple, convenient, easy-to-use NetBranch Mobile is ready to go anywhere you take your cell phone. NetBranch Mobile uses the same log in information as online banking so you don’t have to create and remember a new log in or password.
 Using your cell phone’s Internet browser type in: www.amccumobile.org to reach NetBranch Mobile. Once you reach NetBranch Mobile’s log in page, members will be prompted to enter the exact same account number and password information used for online banking (including characters, numbers, capitalization or spacing). NetBranch Mobile users will also notice the same secret image used for online banking -- your assurance that personal information is being viewed in a secure environment.
Members using NetBranch Mobile for the first time will be prompted to answer a multi-factor authentication question and then may choose to register the cell phone for future visits bypassing the multi-factor authentication questions. Some families have access to more than one cell phone, so members may be asked to answer the authentication question more than once if accessing credit union account information from a different cell phone.
NetBranch Mobile offers real-time transactions — this means the balance you see on your cell phone is the amount in your account at that moment. Members can view their account balance or use the transfer feature to move money between checking, savings or even make loan payments in a matter of seconds and view new balances.
